Most everyone likes a challenge of some sort. My sister-in-law, Shavonne, challenges herself on a daily basis!
"Falanya, I can make it to RiteAid and back and be in bed all in 15 minutes!"
"Shavonne, that's crazy." I reply.
"No, really! Watch! What time is it?"
"It's a quarter to midnight, Shavonne. I don't think this is a good idea."
"Quarter to midnight? Bet! I'll shower, go to RiteAid and be in bed by 1 AM!" She says with a wild look in her eye.
"Ready? Set? Go!"
And she's off!
The thing is, she always seems to meet these crazy little personal challenges that she sets for herself. And I enjoy watching her run around like a squirrel looking for its nuts, to do it!
